What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session will review all necessary paperwork, do a brief introduction, discuss your concerns and the goals you would like to achieve from counseling. This will help me to develop a tailored plan for us to work on in follow up sessions. We will also discuss people of support and safety planning.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

During my 13 years’ experience as a License Professional Counselor I’ve developed my expertise in the following therapeutic modalities; Anger management, Communication Skills, Resiliency skills, Problem Solving, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Safety Planning, Prevention, Psycho-education, and Psychotherapy (talk therapy) to assist clients with managing depression, anxiety, suicide ideations, anger, grief, and trauma in their life. These therapeutic skills are used to empower clients, strengthen, support and assist clients with developing healthy ways of coping with life stressors.
