I am passionate about helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loss/grief and life transitions. Life can certainly be challenging. We tend to use past coping skills and many times, these skills no longer serve their purpose. I am here to assist you with identifying healthy coping skills when you are faced with difficult situations. You might think you don't have time for therapy, or that you should be able to handle this on your own, but if you're overwhelmed and not coping well, you deserve the time to take this step. Where are you now and where would you like to be? What would be different in your life if your "problem" was solved. Together, in a limited number of sessions, we will identify your strengths and come up with some achievable goals. We will celebrate small changes and identify any hurdles that may interfere with maintaining the changes you have made.
