At times, life can feel overwhelming—whether from stress, relationships, past experiences, or just the weight of anxiety. I know how hard it can be to figure out where to start, and that first step into therapy can feel intimidating. As a licensed mental health counselor, I’ve had the privilege of working with women to ease anxiety and depression, build healthier relationships, and grow kinder connections with themselves. I believe therapy is a place to slow down, feel deeply, and begin creating real change. I truly love holding space for both the hard moments and the breakthroughs, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward more balance, joy, and fulfillment.
In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions to get to know one another, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I take on an “eclectic” approach- this means I use several treatment models to find the best fit for you! Just like how we are all so different, I believe there is not one model that fits all. I have years of experience working with the treatment models of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (in-person appointments only, at this time). As I begin to understand you and your unique needs, I will use the model(s) that will complement your goals. I also use somatic tools- to help build a strong mind/body connection.
