Hi. I'm Taurus. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut. I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR) practitioner. I have seen the transformative power of healing practices in the lives of people who have experienced the harmful things people do to one another. The best thing I believe that I can do to assist people in restoring wellness to themselves, and their families, is partnering with people to help them to heal. I would like to join with you to find relief, personal peace, and health of heart and mind. I do that through providing empathy, understanding, and evidenced-based treatment. Achieving wholeness is a journey and I would like to take that journey with you.

In our first session together we'll start with brief introductions then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
