ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS! In a world where mental health is finally beginning to receive the attention it deserves, it’s crucial for us to understand how we can help those who are struggling. Mental health challenges affect millions of people worldwide, and by fostering a supportive environment, we can play a pivotal role in their journey toward recovery. Book with me to start your journey. Mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, are prevalent, impacting 1 in 5 adults each year. Understanding these challenges is the first step in providing effective support. NO CONTROLLED SUBTANCE PRESCRIPTIONS
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Medications are typically not prescribed at the first session unless necessary. I do not prescribe control substance and if you are taking them we can plan to help you get off them by a specific plan tailored to you.

Grace was a great provider, super relatable, one day I spoke with her advocating for my own care and she dropped me as a client. She said she would send me to someone else that had an appointment available and she ended up lying. The other provider said that they had not heard from her and that they never said they would be immediately available. She was quick to get rid of me without any explanation and no ongoing coverage before I was able to get established or even set an appointment with a new provider.

Awful experience. Being txted questions 20 hours before the appointment. At 5pm the girl was beyond unprofessional. She then texted me an HOUR before the appointment to tell me she canceled it.!!!
