I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals. Many people come to me because they're experiencing problems in various areas of their life and they need someone to share things they can't share with anyone else. Whether it's depression, anxiety, relationship issues or trauma having a therapist you can trust is essential to the healing process. The healing is within you, having someone to listen while you figure things out is a great step forward.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will conduct a thorough assessment and determine therapeutic goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am well-versed in many approaches. As a generalist, I utilize somatic, IFS, CBT, Shadow work, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and DBT just to name a few.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with many types of clients. People who are unsure of their purpose, or having work issues, or therapists needing to gain their hours. Clients who are stuck in life experiencing depression and or anxiety that is preventing them from reaching their full potential.
