First session

In our first session we will get to know each other. You may share the specific concerns that has brought you to therapy, and I will ask for further background information. We will talk about the use of teletherapy and the platform. By the end of our initial session my hope is that we have set some initial goals for our time together.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have utilized this approach in my practice for 10 years. CBT can be an effective evidence based practice that can help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Together we will take a closer look at your thoughts and emotions, and learn how to implement the tools necessary to respond to stress and difficult situations.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I maintain a person centered focus during treatment. I provide a safe, comfortable, non judgemental space for self exploration. I am here to help guide and support you.
