From 2009 to 2020, I completed the required clinical hours for licensure, gaining invaluable experience in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds My therapeutic approach focuses on teaching you tools and techniques to manage anxiety and depression, make positive changes, and find the joy you desire in life. I draw upon modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, Solution-Focused techniques, and Positive Psychology to tailor treatment to your unique needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and collaborate to establish your treatment goals. I'll gather relevant background information and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and working towards positive change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

You can expect me to be an empathetic, non-judgmental listener who creates a safe space for you to openly share your thoughts and feelings. I take a collaborative approach, working closely with you to identify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan. My communication style is warm, direct, and focused on helping you gain valuable insights and practical strategies.
