Hi there, I'm Emily. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression, avoid burnout, and learn how to develop more meaningful relationships with others and themselves. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, amongst other modalities to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, life transition issues, trauma or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help and support you. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. When working with me, you can expect compassion and understanding as well as support as you work through issues that come to the surface and process sometimes difficult feelings. I can also help you identify and make the changes you are looking to make and will partner with you in your journey towards growth and healing.

I utilize a person-centered approach and incorporate elements of mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. I tailor my approach in therapy to the individual needs of each person I work with.
