What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

From our sessions together, you can expect to be empowered to achieve short-terms. Ultimately, by working as a team we can develop achievable, attainable, and measurable goals. It is my primary focus to create a safe, non-judgmental space where information is shared and solutions are developed. You are the best narrator of your story. It is important for me to look at the issues/concerns through your lens. By discharge, the expectation is that you feel confident, empowered, and equipped with the coping skills that you need.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My primary therapeutic approaches are the Solution- Focused Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strength Based Perspective. These therapeutic approaches can be changed based on the individual's needs and goals because each person is unique and special in their own way. For this reason, the therapeutic approach should be fitted that way.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Using the Strengths Based Approach, individuals are empowered to make change and choose healthier chooses. By applying a holistic approach, one has been able to decrease anxiety and depression as well as improve in physical health. You will have a therapist who active listens, reflects, and provides helpful feedback. Finding the cause and/or the core problem is a niche. Solutions will be found. Using a Solution-Focused Model has been effective in this process.
