I offer a person-centered approach that involves methodologies that are grounded in evidence-based and evidence-informed practices. These practices are integrated with a range of techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and motivational interviewing, among others. For those who identify as Christian and wish to incorporate their faith into therapy, I am more than willing to integrate biblical perspectives into our sessions.

I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, family and relationship difficulties. I have honed my expertise to create a niche that resonates deeply with individuals seeking to cultivate positive self-talk and strong self-efficacy. Drawing from my experience, I am well versed in helping individuals navigate the challenges of self-doubt, negative thought patterns, and low self-esteem. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey of self-discovery and empowerment and will share practical tools to enhance their overall well-being!
