I specialize in solution-focused therapy. This modality allows for focus on what YOU want to improve in your life. We will focus on what has gone well and finding useful solutions to the issues that led you to seek therapy. Solution-focused therapy helps to picture what healthier functioning looks like for you and what skills are needed to improve functioning. Many of these skills you already have!
