I use an eclectic, individualized approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Psychodynamic and Strength Based practices. I can provide practical, skills based strategies to change negative thinking patterns, increase positive emotions and have more effective communication. I incorporate mindfulness practices to increase relaxation and foster the skill to be more present in your life.
