Hi! I'm a licensed professional counselor based in Texas. I completed my masters degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and have been practicing for a few years. I began my career as a high school Teacher, serving in this profession for 4 years, I then went on to become a high school counselor serving for 3 years until I decided to focus on mental health counseling in the community. I continue to look forward to helping teens and young adults navigate their life's journey.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, we'll establish a connection and delve into the challenges prompting your counseling journey. We'll explore both positive aspects and challenges to gain comprehensive insights into your experiences, fostering a collaborative understanding of your unique circumstances.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
With a dedicated seven-year focus on teens and young adults, I excel in cultivating trust, fostering openness, and establishing rapport with each client. I create a secure environment, encouraging clients to express genuine concerns often overlooked by others, ensuring a non-judgmental space where their voices are truly heard.
