Welcome! Are you struggling with feeling anxiety and depression? Has your TikTok algorithm taught you some new things and now you're realizing you might be neurodivergent? Do your loved ones tell you you're too hard on yourself? I help people of all genders, races, ethnicities, abilities, and sexualities manage the feelings of growing up in a difficult world. Together we can look into your feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, and frustration. We will use a strength-based person-centered approach to identify your strengths to address your identified areas of improvement. This can look like talking through situations, learning new coping skills, or even delving into traumatic experiences to identify patterns that continue to affect your life. You deserve a safe and affirming space to learn more about yourself, practice developing boundaries, and grow into the person you were always meant to be. Let's get started!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is combining a person-centered focus with the social work lens of person-in-environment. We are all people living in a society that demands things of us and it is always important to me to recognize the environmental factors that are affecting my clients.
