I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in Indiana. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis and have been practicing in the mental health field for nearly two years. I specialize in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, helping them achieve stability, well-being, and a fulfilling life within their communities. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and a deep commitment to empowering clients to thrive.
The initial session will start with a brief introduction, followed by a focused conversation about the mental health concerns the patient is currently facing. This will help me develop a personalized treatment plan that we’ll implement and adjust as needed in future sessions.
With over 15 years of experience as a psychiatric nurse in an inpatient hospital setting, and nearly two years of advanced training to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I’ve developed a deep understanding of both the clinical and human sides of mental health care. My work has given me the skills to truly listen, connect, and care for individuals facing complex psychiatric challenges. I’m committed to helping my patients not only manage symptoms but also reclaim a sense of purpose, stability, and quality of life. I believe in a collaborative, compassionate approach to treatment—one that empowers each person to move forward with confidence and hope.
I am best positioned to serve individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. My ideal clients are those who may be struggling but are also motivated to improve their well-being.
