In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In the first session, we will work together to find out problem areas. We will then assign priorities to each problem area. We will also discuss goals of treatment. We will set up measurable goals. We will also discuss ways we would improve if goals are not met. We will discuss treatment options and choose ones that fit your values and beliefs.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Working with many clients, I have come to realize listening is my greatest strength.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with clients of various demography. In the past, my clients have included professionals dealing with the stress of work, newly unemployed clients dealing with financial stress, couples going through relationship difficulties, teenagers dealing with peer pressure. I am open to work with various types of clients.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is a psychotherapy based on the theory that our unhealthy behavior and emotions are a result of our distorted thinking. CBT focuses on identifying the distorted with the aim of improving mental health. I have used CBT effectively in treatment of clients with depression, alcohol dependency, drug dependency and social anxiety
Compassion Focused
