What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I was drawn to this helping profession through my passion for mental wellness and wholeness and a keen desire to understand emotional processes and healing. I help people make a difference in their mental health journey towards stability. A wealth of life experiences gives me the compassion needed to make a difference if given a chance, such as in mental access to services and resources. I have a deep knowledge of using empathy and specific therapy to aid the healing process and aim to improve emotions, family, relationships, and other mental challenges. You will gain valuable insights into your thoughts and behaviors and better understand why you feel, think, and do what you do. Will help identify your own goals and find healthy ways to work towards them.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

If you want an objective opinion and a private place to vent, help is available here. I provide mental care therapy to all ages, as needed. I am well versed in most areas like "Gestalt therapy, Play therapy, Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy, Interpersonal relationship, Motivational interview (substance abuse), Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Mindfulness, Exposure, Art therapy-Yoga, Somatic ( trauma ) to create interventions. I believe that with the consistency of a therapy tailored to your symptoms, you will get a clear outcome of self-awareness, coping strategy, non-dependency, and self-empowerment to help manage your mental health. I also use medication therapy to treat specific mental conditions, like depression, anxiety, ADHD, Schizophrenia, and more.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Resolving or working out conflicts is one of my priorities. Treatment of the root cause of mental health conditions- it's incredibly beneficial for freeing from mental detention. I utilized compassion, goal-oriented, empathy, and collaboration styles to promote and nurture healing, resilience, and hope. I integrate different therapy approaches to meet my client's needs and goals, which will foster life and mental balance. Respecting, paying attention, active listening, and validating my clients in sessions without intimidation are some of my strengths. I rendered emotional support always. I entertain no negative bias during the session but expect comfortable interviewing that will help tailor the intervention modality. I have greater skills in creating a better treatment plan and protecting clients' private information.
