What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I offer a range of therapies that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of my clients. Here are some of the therapies I provide: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)- CBT focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. It helps individuals develop healthier coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, and promote positive behavioral changes. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)- DBT combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy with mindfulness practices. It focuses on teaching individuals skills to manage intense emotions, develop interpersonal effectiveness, and improve distress tolerance. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)- SFBT is a goal-oriented therapy that focuses on identifying solutions and creating positive change in a relatively short period. It emphasizes the client's strengths and resources, helping them envision a future where their concerns have been resolved. Trauma-Informed Therapy- Trauma-informed therapy focuses on understanding and addressing the impacts of past traumatic experiences. It aims to provide safety, validation, and support while helping individuals process and heal from trauma.

I have over six years of providing therapy but ten years of expanding my knowledge in bettering people's lives. I provide support and guidance for individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, panic disorders, grief, OCD, ADHD, anger, challenges with social and personal relationships, and work stress/burnout. I am dedicated to helping you achieve mental wellness and a healthier, happier life. I provide a gentle approach to therapy, meaning I take into account all aspects of your life and well-being when developing your treatment plan. I believe that mental health is an essential part of overall health, and I am here to help you achieve and maintain a healthy mind.
