My role is to help foster a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space that can help guide you to reach your goals. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma. Some of the people with whom I have worked are looking to make a specific change and are looking for support, others are struggling with challenging symptoms and are looking for relief, others are having difficulties managing emotions or maintaining relationships.
