Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker--I hold over 13 years of experience facilitating change and transformation. I am passionate about working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. I am trained in NARM- which is a holistic approach that incorporated a mind body connection. I am currently completing the NARM master level training. I am mother to two creative, funny and resourceful adolescents. In my free time I enjoy reading, hiking and playing pickleball.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

NARM, which stands for NeuroAffective Relational Model, is a holistic therapeutic approach aimed at addressing the effects of childhood trauma on. Unlike traditional talk therapies, NARM focuses on the mind-body connection and how early trauma impacts a person's nervous system, emotions, and relationships. In our first session we will be exploring your history and start to address what is bringing you to therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Clients have shared that they feel heard and seen. I also have a wealth of experience in the field and in working with childhood trauma.
