Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Guiding clients to accept their thoughts and feelings and making a commitment to choose something leads to powerful changes.

Attachment-based

Learning about the different types of attachment and identifying the need for a secure base is imperative in knowing ourselves and yielding great potential in our interpersonal relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Being able to recognize how our thoughts affect our feelings, and how our feelings affect our behavior is a basic principle which is life changing.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT can be useful in helping use self-regulate our emotions among other things.

Gottman method

Gottman method is a research-based couples therapy method developed by John and Julie Gottman grounded in the Sound Relationship House theory, which specifies nine elements of a healthy relationship.
