What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Starting therapy is a hard step. After your first session, you will be able to identify if this is for you and if we are a good match to work together. A lot of the times, we just need someone to listen to us without judgement and in a safe place.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I'll primarily focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This provides us with the tools to help change thoughts which can help change our actions.

I've been a social worker for ten years working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I have a vast experience working with clients who have been diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Adjustment Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
