As we partner together, I'll teach you tools you need to combat roadblocks that stop you from being the best version of yourself.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Although I am trained in many types of therapy, I use Solution-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches the most. I have found that helping clients recognize and build on their strengths helps them to achieve their goals, enabling them to get closer to their dream life. I often utilize mindfulness and breath work to encourage a deeper mind-body connection and manage stress and mood concerns like depression or anxiety.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is making sure my cup is always full so that I am able to show up for my clients consistently. This allows me to lead by example and show you the pathway to doing this for yourself too!
