About me

I am excited that you have chosen to take the step to managing your mental health. We always take care of our physical health and often not our mental health totally unaware of the interconnectedness of both. I am a dually certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner with several years of experience in health care. I have experience working in emergency and family medicine, inpatient psychiatric settings, outpatient substance abuse clinics, and psychiatric rehabilitation. If you are having issues with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, panic disorder, substance abuse or other mental health issues we can work together to develop a treatment plan to get you feeling well again. It doesn't matter where you are in your journey to wellness, my goal is to work with you to develop an evidence-based treatment plan that best suits you and your goals. Let’s talk!!
