Have you ever felt like things in your home and close relationships seem like they're falling apart? Maybe it's ok sometimes but the stress and tensions seem to rise like waves making things so difficult. The stress may be getting to you causing further arguments at home and maybe even at work. Indecision, confusion, feeling stuck, or health problems might be arising. Finding a way to experience peace so that you can be at your best in your relationships is possible. Furthermore, finding ways to lead your family and close relationships toward joyful connection is achievable. I refer to it as developing a kinship attitude. Adopting a kinship attitude means we experience a deep knowing about all parts of ourselves and develop love, appreciation and acceptance for all of them. When we can develop this level of kinship, ALL our external relationships organically become whole because we feel whole. This is the transformative journey I invite you to embark upon. I hold 22 years of experience as a Relational Coach who has become licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist to meet the clinical needs of my clients. My experience as a mental health professional over the last 7 years has largely been focused on healing through inner and outer interconnection in many settings. I've treated those with trauma experiences, anxiety, depression and significant relationship disconnections. The struggle to find our way can feel arduous, frustrating and confusing. If you're tired of the struggle, I encourage you to reach out and find out how to gain joy, ease, and synergy in all your relationships.
Your first session would include weaving structured inquiry along with getting to know you. The overarching goal would be to identify clearly your wants and desires for our work together. Each session thereafter continues to deepen and widen our conversation so that you are better able to understand the underpinnings of your emotional and relational experiences. This empowers you to change the very fabric of your reality.
My greatest strength is in supporting you to identify the larger meaning for past, present and future life experiences so that you can connect to a higher purpose. This wider perspective offers you a way to envision your life in the context of a journey toward greater and greater connectivity with self and others. The deep dive into unconscious awareness is embedded in this process which offers you an intimate understanding of personal identity and opportunity to change the very nature of all your relationships.
With individuals, I thrive working with those who not only want to elevate their inner and outer relationships but also want more joy and meaning in life. Those who are willing, ready and committed to heal their deepest wounds, and open to a whole new way of seeing and living life. With couples and families, I love working with those who despite possibly going through very difficult emotional and relational challenges, there is a level of focus and determination to break the chains of the past and design a collective future that they can fall in love with.

My organic way of being is oriented toward compassion. While working within this treatment method comes naturally, professionally I situate many of the skills that I share toward increasing levels of compassion for self and others. This builds resiliency, midigates destructive behaviors, and develops self-confidence.
My skills are advanced in utilizing evidence based treatments such as, CBT, ACT, DBT, Emotion-Focused, and Trauma-Focused methodologies. However, it is often my appreciation for psychodynamic styles of healing that is integrated. Psychodynamic orientations such as Humanistic, Phenomenological, Existential, Jungian, Gestalt, Gotman, Imago, Transcendent, and Depth orientations are practiced as needed and desired in collaboration with you.
