Do you ever feel overwhelmed with life and the pressures of day to day responsibilities? Sometimes these feelings can be related to stressors that are currently happening or related to past traumas. I empower people to overcome the challenges of day to day life as well as overcoming the toll and burden of carrying the weight of the past. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. I specialize in working with trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. I work to help people identify and understand what a healthy relationship is and what an unhealthy relationship is. I also work with individuals who are battling depression, anxiety, parent-child relationship issues, marital conflict, general stress, and dissociative disorders. I utilize different treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and solution focused treatment. Through therapy you can discover a place of empowerment and strength. I look forward to working with you!
