Each of us has our own story and sometimes our experiences leaves us feeling confused, frightened, sad, and often tremendously isolated. I believe therapy can unravel harmful repetitive thought processes and behaviors. Your painful experiences do not have to define you. My approach to therapy always starts with listening to my client's needs. My methods evolve through constant customization and mutual collaboration. Therapy with me will include exploring aspects of life that are not working well and constructing solutions.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I listen to my clients' stressors and try to prioritize what is both the most pressing goal to attend to first as well as simple short-term stress reduction secrets ( I got tons) so my clients feel they are able to attend therapy with me next week.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders, childhood trauma including emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorders. Also, I work with clients who are experiencing relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. One of my biggest strengths is helping my clients live purposeful and meaningful lives.
