My goal is to help my clients find joy, happiness and peace no matter what they are experiencing or have experienced in their lives. I work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, transition and change and those with feelings of low self worth, lack of confidence, loneliness, confusion and despair. You will not always feel the way you do today and there is light in the darkness. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
My clients can expect to gain insight and understanding into themselves, why they think, act and feel the way they do, and what they might do to change any patterns of thought and behavior that are not serving them well. I hope my clients take away a fresh perspective and new optimism and hope for themselves and their future.
I mainly employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I focus on the narratives in your head that are not servicing you well and interfering with your potential for happiness and fulfillment. I am currently being trained in EMDR.
I believe I have great capacity for compassion and understanding. I will gently assist you in finding the necessary clarity, strength and confidence to take charge of your life and guide you in the direction of your hopes and dreams.
