LCSW, 15 years of experience
Hi, I’m Corrine — I’m so glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown. It can be uncomfortable, even a little scary. But it can also be deeply rewarding — a place where you discover new perspectives, find your voice, and create lasting change. In our sessions, we’ll work together in a supportive, collaborative space. We’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. We’ll connect the dots between your past and present, uncovering what may be holding you back and building tools to help you move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life. Together, we’ll work toward healthier relationships, greater self-understanding, and a renewed sense of agency.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, any past experiences you’ve had, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. I’ll also spend time getting to know you — your strengths, values, and the unique qualities that make you who you are.
I know that meaningful change takes consistency, and you can count on me to be a steady, reliable presence. I come to each session prepared, engaged, and fully present for your needs.
I currently work with adults, primarily women, but have extensive experience working with children and families.
During the assessment phase, I explore any potential trauma you may have experienced and its lasting effects. I find it important to provide treatment understanding that everyone has experiences from their past that continue to influence their thinking patterns, responses and interactions with others.
I explore your current and historical ways of interacting with the world and those around you. We will look at your behavioral patterns, relationships and how you make sense of significant events in your life, to build insight and strengthen your understanding of how these have served you or not. We will reflect on any changes you may wish to make in the way you have made sense of your experiences and relate to others.
We will look at a specific challenge you may be experiencing, whether it be a challenge in one of your relationships, a change in your role (with family or friends), or maybe setting boundaries in a specific relationship. Here, we can work on effective communication skills if appropriate.

There is so much more that I can say about Corrine. She is compassionate, warm, solutions oriented, intelligent, curious... I can go on and on. I feel listened, seen, and validated, and helped in understanding how my experiences have shaped how I think and behave, and finding solutions for those behaviors and thought patterns that aren't useful anymore. She takes a holistic approach without getting stuck in the past.
