I am a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to providing high-quality mental health care to individuals of all ages. With extensive experience and training, I have developed expertise in delivering comprehensive psychiatric services tailored to each client's unique needs. I have experience working with diverse client populations across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. In addition, I provide care for individuals facing various mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. I specialize in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders. My areas of expertise include mood disorders (such as depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety disorder), trauma-related disorders (such as post-traumatic stress disorder), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I also have experience in managing co-occurring conditions and dual-diagnosis cases.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I deliver evidence-based, holistic care. My treatment approach is person-centered, considering each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. I combine medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle modifications to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans. I believe in empowering clients, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship, and providing education to support their journey toward mental well-being.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I recognize and respect the diverse backgrounds and cultural identities of my clients. Therefore, I am committed to providing culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and incorporates your unique beliefs, values, and traditions. I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where cultural differences are celebrated and integrated into the treatment process.
