Healing is about recognizing your strengths and growing with the right support. Through medication management, psychotherapy and professional guidance, we work together to understand your needs, set realistic goals, and create a personalized care plan. My approach to care is holistic, combining medication management, therapy, education, and cultural understanding to create a treatment plan that truly fits you. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
In our first session, we’ll start with a relaxed conversation so I can get to know you and understand what brings you in. We’ll talk about your challenges, goals, and any concerns you have, all in a supportive and judgment-free space. My goal is to make you feel heard and comfortable while we create a plan that works best for you. There’s no pressure—just a chance to take the first step toward healing together.
One of my greatest strengths as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is my ability to truly listen and create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I take a collaborative approach, helping clients identify the root of their challenges and develop a treatment plan that fits their unique needs. With years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I combine clinical expertise with compassion to guide clients toward real, lasting progress.
I provide care for clients of all ages but especially enjoy working with individuals between 16 and 60. My approach is goal-oriented, and I’m here to support you every step of the way on your healing journey. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, insomnia, OCD, or other mental health concerns, you don’t have to face it alone. Reach out—help is available.

During psychiatric medication management, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychoeducation to help clients better understand their diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment plan. By providing clear and supportive information, I aim to improve their understanding of the process, encourage treatment adherence, and ultimately promote better outcomes.
II use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore their challenges, recognize how those issues affect them, and assess their readiness for change. Through open, empathetic conversations, we work together to identify their goals and create a plan that feels right for them—all in a supportive and non-judgmental way.
