I help driven, anxious and overwhelmed people be more at ease in their world. If you are: - At a crossroads in life and unsure of what direction to take. - Feeling unfulfilled despite having built a successful career. - Paralyzed by anxious thoughts and imposter syndrome. And these: - Keep you from the life you want to live. - Cause you to struggle in your relationships at work, home, community/friends. - Making you feel burned out and overwhelmed, like there is no escape or joy anymore. Then, you have come to the right place. If you are ready to learn how to tune into your mind and body, which will result in breakthroughs, organized thoughts and a regulated body, you have met your therapist match. Get ready to swipe right.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will review what brings you to therapy, and create some goals of how you would like your life to look like 3 months, 6 months, 3 years from now based on what you have learned during our sessions together.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My practice is based on a whole self approach, and we will use a trauma-informed integrative blend of CBT, somatic therapy, mindfulness, multigenerational family systems, mind-body connection and nervous system regulation. I meet with clients on a weekly basis on a mutually agreed consistent time and day. My schedule runs on the half hour, 8:30am-2:30pm Monday-Thursday, and Fridays 8:30am-1:30pm.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a neurodivergent, chronic illness warrior and first generation Latinx therapist I know what is like to feel different, anxious and overwhelmed. And I also know it is possible to get to a better place with the right tools and support. That’s where I come in. I hope you can join me soon so I can help you find your own path to balance. People of all spiritual practices, identities, orientations, kinks, etc. proudly welcome. Tags: self esteem, self doubt, anxiety, imposter syndrome
