My methods of counseling will provide you with the tools needed for you to work through your questions and struggles. Through guidance you can learn how to create relationship skills and build upon the skills you already possess. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I utilize solution-focused techniques in my sessions. I think that it is very important to look into one's past in order to move forward. Family of origin work is very important.
