Like most things in life, therapy is a process. I'll meet you where you are in your journey; I will always hold a non-judgmental space for you to share openly. Sessions will be tailored to meet your specific needs because therapy is not a one size fits all. You can expect for us to work collaboratively; Using your strengths and finding coping mechanism that work for you to create lasting change.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I integrate my experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition, I weave in interventions from Solution-Focused, Attachment-Based, and Narrative Therapy.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression due to changes in life, issues in interpersonal relationships, and traumas experienced. My passion is to help adults (18-40) live in the more present moment, heal from within, and bloom into the best versions of themselves.
