Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I have a masters in Social Work and have been practicing for 4 years. I am a military spouse and parent to two kiddos. I have experience working with ADHD, grief, depression and anxiety. I have been helping people of all ages as they navigate challenges they face in a nonjudgemental, safe space.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Pull up a comfy space in your home in a stressless environment! During the first session, it is natural to feel a mixture of emotions, such as anticipation, nervousness, and hope. We will begin in a safe and supportive environment. We will discuss your concerns and goals in therapy. I will listen to you attentively and without judgement. I am here to assist you through this healing journey and personal growth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

When working with my clients, I have a deep understanding of the challenges you may face whether you are dealing with ADHD, anxiety or grief. Each person has different struggles in their own individual way. I am here to provide a safe space where you can express your feelings in a non-judgmental space. I have been practicing with people of all ages for several years. I will provide you with the necessary support and guidance as you navigate and improve your overall quality of life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using CBT can allow you to reproach a situation by changing the way we think or approach a situation. CBT is also beneficial in retraining our brain.

Grief Therapy

Grief comes in all forms, I am here to normalize your grief as you move forward with coping with a new approach.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness involves being aware of our thoughts, feelings and our environment around us. There are many approaches to mindfulness, but with practice we can improve our mental well being and calm.
