Hello! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing counseling for women. I have over eight years of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, women's issues and stress. Through our time together, we will identify ways for you to manage your symptoms and address any barriers standing in your way so that you can feel like yourself again!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will discuss the intake paperwork, talk about what brought you to counseling and what has been going on. We will then collaborate to identify a plan to help you meet your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I prioritize creating a comfortable and collaborative therapeutic space tailored to each client's unique personality and needs. I meet and accept clients where they are, while also providing support, challenge and accountability in taking action steps to make progress toward their therapeutic goal.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with clients that tend to "overfunction" and may struggle with perfectionism, anxiety and stress. These clients often have a hard time finding ways to let their minds rest. I love helping these clients identify new thought patterns and helpful tools to experience greater peace and freedom.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral techniques in session to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected. We will work together to identify which thoughts drive drive their anxiety or depression. We will then workshop the thought until it is reflective of healthy and realistic thinking patterns that will help the client reach their goal and feel like themselves again.
