Hello! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy services in Texas and New Mexico. I have 12 years of inpatient and outpatient professional work experience assisting clients of diverse backgrounds with their mental health needs. I believe that YOU are the expert of your story and already have so many strengths to overcome the challenges you are facing. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling life and to take steps towards change. I want to support and empower YOU in that journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll create a space where you feel comfortable and safe to share your thoughts and experiences. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, expectations, and any specific concerns you have. I might ask about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. It's a collaborative conversation where we start building a roadmap for our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is making a warm and genuine connection with all clients about starting their therapy journey.
