I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I draw from Solutions-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing with a focus on identifying negative thoughts and their impact on your emotions and behavior.

I strongly feel that the clinical relationship is a key factor in therapy. I strive to create an environment where one can express themselves openly and feel assured they are not being judged but rather heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a space of openness and transparency that will facilitate one's ability to convey what they need during our time together.
