Welcome! My name is Crystal DeRose and I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Millersville University and have been practicing for 11 years. As a therapist, I believe my role is to help guide you through your own personal journey. I aim to collaboratively identify goals to help you live a more meaningful life despite the occasional (or frequent) dips along the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, review the counseling process, and answer any questions . We will break down your current reason for seeking counseling and briefly explore past experiences and relationships. Though I do ask a significant amount of questions, you decide what you are comfortable with sharing. My goal is to gain as much insight on you and your situation to formulate a plan tailored to your specific needs.
