Hello there :) I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping people improve their mental health. I am San Diego native who has served as a nursing professional since 2004. I believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration and evidenced-based practice. My goal for my clients is to feel empowered to treat their illness through supportive education in a stigma free environment.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Screening forms to track symptoms for depression, anxiety, and mood disorders are used to monitor patient specific progress throughout the course the of treatment plan provided.
