We will discuss your goals during the first visit and together come up with a plan of action to make them happen. Many clients by this stage have been struggling for a long time. They can’t even imagine that they could be free of their troubling symptoms. While I can’t give you a guarantee, most clients begin to feel better in as few as 10-15 sessions, many sooner.
