I am an empathetic, compassionate and highly sensitive LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) dedicated to providing client-centered support to individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. My approach focuses on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Through evidence-based techniques and genuine care, I help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals.
In the first session, clients can expect a warm, empathetic, and judgment-free space where we begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. We will review the intake paperwork together, discuss their goals for counseling, and explore their current challenges and concerns. This session is an opportunity for clients to share their story at their own pace and ask any questions about the process, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported as we start their journey toward growth and healing

I am best suited to serve adults 18 and older who are seeking compassionate, client-centered support to navigate life’s challenges. My ideal clients may struggle with emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or life transitions and are open to exploring their inner experiences to foster growth and healing. I have a pretty full private practice but I'm also looking to see clients through Grow Therapy. Because of this, my availability may not be as frequent. All of my clients have their own dedicated spot on my schedule, typically on a biweekly basis rather than weekly and their length of treatment typically runs for 6 months or more.
