Hello there! I'm Azizza. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for women to process life's struggles, as well as their current and past traumas. I specialize in working with women who struggle with anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. I have practiced in settings that allow me to be the well-rounded therapist I am today, including private practices, the university system, and residential facilities. I utilize many evidence-based practices such as person-centered therapy; I feel like every client should have the autonomy to lead where they would like to go with their treatment. We can discuss what is on your mind and your short-term/long-term goals. Cognitive-Behavioral therapy is also a must when it comes to altering your perspective. I use solution-focused therapy for clients who want a problem-solving approach to their therapeutic services. I often implement meditation, psychoeducation, and journaling during treatment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect the intake to consist of gathering background information. The first session will include discovering problem areas, goal setting, and treatment planning.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my biggest strength is my empathetic personality. My strengths also include helping women with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and stress management. I feel like my mixed therapeutic approach makes me a unique therapist.
