Hello, 
My name is Marwa Mansour LPC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Connecticut . I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, and my expertise is related to working with individuals/couples that experience hardships such as trauma, adjustment/ change, and etc, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and etc. I specialize in working with all ages with trauma.
My therapeutic orientation is person centered and exisentatial , in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while I assist and guide you through inner knowing, interpersonal changes, and healing.
My goal is to assist people in working towards fulfilling their fullest potential, healing inner child wounding and trauma, and regaining a new perspective on life. I have experience in multicultural identity crisis and ways to adapt to stressors and change of environment. I work in a University as a college counselor as well as an adjunct professor so I can relate to new students as well as individuals that may be going through a career change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Will complete a intake form where I gather information needed to understand background and presenting problem. I will also collaborate with client on identifying goal of therapy
