We can work cooperatively to use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I'm here to help. Reaching out or therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. People deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In the sessions, I'll meet you with compassion, a listening ear and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the challenges and live the life you deserve. I graduated from Florida State University with my undergraduate degree in Social Work. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University Mandel School of Applied Social Science. I ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am easy to communicate with and a good listener. I like to focus on strengths and offer positive warm regard. We will work cooperatively together to help you achieve your goals.
