I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (MI) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Supervisor (NC). I love to learn and teach. Helping people navigate transitional stages in their lives is my niche population. I specialize in working with people dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and Grief. I enjoy helping people discover a newer and better version of themselves and not just return to their old selves.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with people in various clinical settings has provided me the opportunity to view challenges from the seat of the client. I am skilled at helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
The clients that is best served by my skill set are ages 18 and older. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.
Therapy is a collaborative process. You are invited to take a commanding role in your healing and growth. My purpose is to guide you to your expected outcomes with care and sincere clinical engagement.
