I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (MI) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Supervisor (NC). I love to learn and teach. Helping people navigate transitional stages in their lives is my niche population. I specialize in working with people dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and Grief.
