What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

As a trained clinical social worker, I utilize a holistic assessment and approach to treat mental health issues. We will uncover together any social, environmental, or biological factors that are leading to the stress, and I will guide you to the appropriate treatment plan. We will utilize an array of treatment models including CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is the non judgmental, safe environment that I create for my clients. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking about the things that are holding them back, in order for us to foster the positive qualities that they posses. So often when talking with others regarding our issues, we feel shame and guilt- I will help clients uncover their strengths, to help them overcome their struggles.
