Hello & Welcome! I provide therapy for individuals and families working through life transitions, emotional challenges, and periods of uncertainty. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping clients better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing healthier ways to cope and move forward. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening confidence, and creating lasting change that feels meaningful and sustainable. Therapy is personalized to each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths, with an emphasis on growth, healing, and long-term well-being.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client. I focus on helping you better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also building practical skills you can use outside of sessions. Clients often appreciate having a space that feels steady, non-judgmental, and focused on real-life change rather than quick fixes.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating change, facing emotional challenges, or looking to create healthier relationships and greater stability in their lives. This may include individuals seeking clarity during major life transitions, couples working to improve communication and rebuild connection, or families wanting to strengthen understanding and create more balance at home. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can process emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and build practical tools to better manage stress and relationship challenges. Therapy is a collaborative process tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening existing skills, and creating meaningful progress that leads to lasting growth, improved resilience, and healthier long-term patterns in everyday life.
I work best with individuals navigating life transitions, couples working through challenges within their relationship, and families seeking greater stability and healthier communication. Many of the clients I support are looking for a space where they can better understand their emotions, work through stress, and develop practical tools to manage life’s challenges more effectively. I help clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and create healthier patterns that support long-term growth and emotional well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to move through difficult seasons, gain greater clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I regularly incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my practice to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Through structured, collaborative work, I guide clients in identifying the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT offers practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges by fostering greater self-awareness and resilience. I use this approach in a flexible, personalized way, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients deepen their understanding of their emotional experiences and strengthen their relationships. This approach is especially effective for couples and individuals looking to heal attachment wounds and build secure, supportive connections. In my practice, I guide clients in identifying underlying emotions and patterns that shape how they relate to themselves and others. EFT creates a safe space for clients to express vulnerability and foster more authentic, emotionally attuned interactions.
Strength-Based
Strength-based therapy emphasizes identifying and leveraging a client's inherent strengths, resources, and resilience to facilitate growth and change. In my practice, I prioritize highlighting and building upon clients' strengths, fostering empowerment and self-efficacy. By focusing on what clients are already doing well and what has worked for them in the past, we collaboratively work towards their goals in a positive and affirming manner.
Trauma Informed Care
In my practice, trauma-informed care is foundational, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients who have experienced trauma. I integrate trauma-informed principles into every aspect of therapy, prioritizing safety, empowerment, and collaboration, and I utilize evidence-based techniques such as grounding exercises and narrative therapy to help clients process and heal from their traumatic experiences.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
In my practice, I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients quickly identify their strengths, resources, and goals, fostering positive change. By focusing on solutions rather than problems and employing techniques like scaling questions and the miracle question, I empower clients to make meaningful progress towards their desired outcomes in a time-limited manner, typically within a few sessions.

I have been going to therapy for a while, and I will say that she genuinely listens and works on how to make my mental health goals come to life. If you want someone to listen to you and validate your feelings, she and many others can do that. What Erin offers that differentiates her from my other providers is the dedication and quality she brings to each appointment. I have goals and objectives I want to reach, and she got to planning right away. I recommend her 10000%!

Erin works well with couples, helping each person try to see the other person’s viewpoint. She is warm and caring, but she also won’t pull any punches. She gets down to the bottom of things to help you find solutions.
