It's important to remember that your worth is not tied to the outcome of events, nor is it based on external elements or productivity. Your worth is inherent, and if feeling worthy is difficult for you, I am here to help you normalize it. I'm a licensed clinician in Michigan, and I graduated from Madonna University. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I also hold a certificate in bereavement and have 3 years of experience in end-of-life care. In addition to treating various disorders, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and many more. I have a passion for providing support and care for women's issues. It's crucial for women to have access to the services they need and deserve.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will complete an evaluation that will help me gain a deeper understanding of the issues that brought you to therapy. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with my experience, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

While applying Mindfulness therapy, my clients focus on a particular phenomenon (such as the breath), and as thoughts wander, they are asked to bring their awareness back to the present moment.

Strength-Based

With this approach I help build clients’ strengths, seeing them as resourceful and resilient in adverse conditions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to guide clients to recognize their distortions in thinking that are creating problems, and then reevaluate them in light of reality.
